Currently, we consist of 3 different business units, with approximately 130 talented employees, operating from Menen and Duffel.

Today, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our HR department.

Your day as an HR officer:

As an HR officer, you will help map out the entire selection process across the various locations (West Flanders, East Flanders & Antwerp). You will be responsible for managing our marketing in the field of social media.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees and guide them in their onboarding.
  • You support the implementation of various HR projects.
  • You act as a central point of contact for internal communication.
  • You coordinate and organize internal events that strengthen team spirit and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • You promote the company through various social media channels to increase engagement and map the company in support of our marketer.

Who we are looking for:

  • You preferably already have initial work experience as a recruiter or HR employee
  • Affinity with a technical environment is a plus
  • You work purposefully and efficiently and have a sense of responsibility
  • You are Dutch-speaking with a solid basic knowledge of French
  • You have a hands-on mentality and act in a problem-solving manner
  • You like variety, and you like the combination between soft and hard HR
